It is an extreme pleasure to acknowledge receipt of your attentive communication of the 26th inst.,with which has been received the important report that you have made to the Government on your journey through the Departments of Caldas and Valls of the Cauca.
In the name of the Government I present the most grateful thanks, and permit me to manifest to you that this Ministry will make the necessary arrangements that the same report be published in London, in the Spanish,English and French languages.
